Almost everyone comes to Palau to dive, and diving brings a medical consideration that has nothing to do with vaccines: the nearest recompression chamber. Worth confirming before you book, alongside the routine list.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, MMR and typhoid are typically recommended for Palau. Rabies depends on the itinerary and applies mainly to long stays. Ask about diving cover as well as vaccines, since the two are usually arranged separately.

Vaccination Certificate Requirements for Entry and Re-Entry
Whether you need a certificate depends on the countries you pass through or come from. Before you travel, check your full route against the current list of countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission on Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
Entering Palau
No yellow fever certificate is required, whichever country you arrive from.
Returning to Singapore
Singapore requires a yellow fever certificate if you have recently travelled to a country with yellow fever risk. It follows your route, not your destination, so it can apply even when the country you are visiting has no risk.
- Applies to all travellers, including Singapore residents, of any nationality.
- Includes airport transits of more than 12 hours in an affected country.
- Valid from 10 days after vaccination, then for life.
- Without a valid certificate you may be quarantined for six days under the Infectious Diseases Act, counted from the date you left the affected country.
- Exempt: Children aged one year and below; Travellers with a medical contraindication to the vaccine.
