Reaching Cuba from Singapore means at least one change of plane, and if that stop is in a country with yellow fever risk, a layover of more than 12 hours there is enough to require a certificate on arrival. Check your routing, not just your destination.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, MMR and typhoid are typically recommended for Cuba. Rabies depends on the itinerary and matters most for longer or more rural stays. A doctor can confirm which of these vaccines you need before you go.

Vaccination Certificate Requirements for Entry and Re-Entry
Whether you need a certificate depends on the countries you pass through or come from. Before you travel, check your full route against the current list of countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission on Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
Entering Cuba
No certificate is needed if you arrive directly from Singapore, or from any country without yellow fever risk.
It is required from age 9 months if you arrive from a country with risk, including airport transits of more than 12 hours there.
Returning to Singapore
Singapore requires a yellow fever certificate if you have recently travelled to a country with yellow fever risk. It follows your route, not your destination, so it can apply even when the country you are visiting has no risk.
- Applies to all travellers, including Singapore residents, of any nationality.
- Includes airport transits of more than 12 hours in an affected country.
- Valid from 10 days after vaccination, then for life.
- Without a valid certificate you may be quarantined for six days under the Infectious Diseases Act, counted from the date you left the affected country.
- Exempt: Children aged one year and below; Travellers with a medical contraindication to the vaccine.
