Jamaica is one of the few destinations where CDC narrows typhoid rather than recommending it broadly: it applies to smaller towns and rural areas rather than to a resort stay. No malaria is reported there at all.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B and MMR are typically recommended for Jamaica. Typhoid and rabies depend on whether your trip goes beyond the resorts. A doctor can advise on which of these vaccines you need for the kind of trip you are taking.
At Singapore Women's Clinic, we provide a range of travel vaccinations, preventive medication and travel health advice for solo travellers and families alike.

The information on this page is taken from CDC destination advice for Jamaica and Ministry of Health, Singapore. If you are unsure which of these apply to you, it is best to consult a doctor, who can advise on which vaccines you need based on your destination, your itinerary and your medical history.
Whether you need a certificate depends on the countries you pass through or come from. Before you travel, check your full route against the current list of countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission on Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
No certificate is needed if you arrive directly from Singapore, or from any country without yellow fever risk.
It is required from age 1 if you arrive from a country with risk, including airport transits of more than 12 hours there.
Singapore requires a yellow fever certificate if you have recently travelled to a country with yellow fever risk. It follows your route, not your destination, so it can apply even when the country you are visiting has no risk.
