Yellow fever in Argentina applies to two provinces in the north east, Corrientes and Misiones, which is where Iguazú Falls sits. A trip to Buenos Aires, the wine country or Patagonia falls outside it entirely.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, MMR and typhoid are typically recommended for Argentina. Yellow fever and rabies depend on the itinerary, and the falls are the leg that usually decides it. Tell the doctor whether Iguazú is on your route, since that is what brings yellow fever into it.

Vaccination Certificate Requirements for Entry and Re-Entry
Whether you need a certificate depends on the countries you pass through or come from. Before you travel, check your full route against the current list of countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission on Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
Entering Argentina
No yellow fever certificate is required, whichever country you arrive from.
Returning to Singapore
Singapore requires a yellow fever certificate if you have recently travelled to a country with yellow fever risk. It follows your route, not your destination, so it can apply even when the country you are visiting has no risk.
- Applies to all travellers, including Singapore residents, of any nationality.
- Includes airport transits of more than 12 hours in an affected country.
- Valid from 10 days after vaccination, then for life.
- Without a valid certificate you may be quarantined for six days under the Infectious Diseases Act, counted from the date you left the affected country.
- Exempt: Children aged one year and below; Travellers with a medical contraindication to the vaccine.
