Professional Background

Dr Lydia Tan is a family physician with a passion for preventive health and longevity medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medical Sciences from the University of St Andrews, followed by her medical degree from the University of Manchester. She further specialised by obtaining her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Tan's training includes rotations through Singapore National University Hospital systems, giving her experience across various medical specialties. Her commitment to integrating preventive healthcare with evidence-based medicine led her to pursue additional certifications in Exercise Prescription through Exercise is Medicine Singapore and become a trained STOTT PILATES instructor.
