Dr Odelia Koh is an accredited family physician whose work centres on Lifestyle Medicine and Longevity Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 2014 and her Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine in 2017, and has been fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council since 2015.
She attained the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2016 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2022. Dr Odelia trained in various specialties under the Internal Medicine Residency Programme and Family Medicine, and is experienced in managing a wide variety of chronic medical conditions such as obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and diabetes. In 2023, she pivoted to Lifestyle Medicine and found her passion in Longevity Medicine, where she helps patients identify risks early and make sustainable changes to their health.
Her later training has followed that interest, through the Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine Board Review, the Family Practice Skills Course in basic obesity management, and SCOPE certification in obesity management.
