Morocco has no reported malaria and asks for no vaccination certificate, which keeps the list short. The one risk that catches travellers out is rabies, because street dogs are common and the vaccine after a bite is not available everywhere at short notice.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, MMR and typhoid are typically recommended for Morocco. Rabies is the itinerary-dependent one, and it becomes more relevant the further you get from the cities. A consultation can confirm which of these you had as a child and which have lapsed.

Vaccination Certificate Requirements for Entry and Re-Entry
Whether you need a certificate depends on the countries you pass through or come from. Before you travel, check your full route against the current list of countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission on Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
Entering Morocco
No yellow fever certificate is required, whichever country you arrive from.
Returning to Singapore
Singapore requires a yellow fever certificate if you have recently travelled to a country with yellow fever risk. It follows your route, not your destination, so it can apply even when the country you are visiting has no risk.
- Applies to all travellers, including Singapore residents, of any nationality.
- Includes airport transits of more than 12 hours in an affected country.
- Valid from 10 days after vaccination, then for life.
- Without a valid certificate you may be quarantined for six days under the Infectious Diseases Act, counted from the date you left the affected country.
- Exempt: Children aged one year and below; Travellers with a medical contraindication to the vaccine.
